(it all started when i purchased a property in upstate ny) . on the property was a structure that was to be a screened in area while the owner was to build there off grid home . the complete floor sq feet is
144 we decided to turn it into a mini house with loft - heat - wire
for gen - and color power lighting small scale .it has been fun we are taking advantage of some rough cut lumber left behind cherry . we are 3/4 of the way through the build . we extended a nice size deck out front to add comfort space .
