Installing Windows, Doors and Cladding Onto Our Tiny House (Plus Windows and Doors)
Doing the windows, doors and cladding on our tiny house has been one of the most exciting parts of this project to date... It's totally transformative! Plus it allowed us to start making the cool design decision, such as colour (Please don't be too shocked at the colour we chose!).
We decided to clad our tiny house in a combination of weather boards and corrugated iron. Originally the corrugated iron was decided on solely to save on weight... But now that its up, I think it's really beautiful - I love the contrast of the two materials. What do you think...?
Here are some photos of the process...
NZ$150 bargain door being sanded...
Now it looks AMAZING! I am so in love with this door :)
Onto the cladding....
The photo below makes the colour look more extreme than it is!
We decided to paint the window frames a dark green... Watch this space as once we're finished it will look adorable!
Coming soon... The Exterior completely finished (Boxed corners and final paint)
